These subprocessors handle core operations including data storage, authentication, hosting, and payment processing.
All core infrastructure is hosted in the EU to ensure compliance with European data protection standards.

SideNet provides model-agnostic AI infrastructure that allows customers to select and configure third-party AI model providers.
SideNet does not use customer prompts or responses to train its own AI models.
When an AI model is invoked, prompts and responses may be transmitted to the selected provider solely for the purpose of generating the requested output.
Important: Data retention, training, and privacy practices vary between providers. The information below is provided for transparency based on publicly available documentation. Customers are responsible for selecting AI providers that meet their compliance and data handling requirements.
